Dave BuzbyFantastic job supplying and installing two multifuel stoves, replacing two open fires. Also installed new hearths and fire surrounds and lined two chimneys. A very messy job removing the old fires, but they always did their best to minimise any dust and disruption etc with great effect. The team were professional at all times and the finished products are exceptional. Although there were some unexpected challenges, not too surprising in an old cottage, but all were sorted, showing how experienced the team are. There was also a great level of support from their admin who made sure that everything was in place and dealt with any queries quickly and effectively in a friendly and helpful manner.

Cannot thank them enough for fixing everything and making our cottage safe. They uncovered some things we didn’t know about or expect along the way but kept me informed and managed to fix it all – such a relief. They also clean up extremely well, no mess left at all, so friendly and organised.

The Eaves team did a cracking job. Bryan came out to quote and within a few weeks we had an appointment to fit! They are highly professional, from quote to installation. They arranged the scaffolding and fitted the chimney liner and stove on the day they had planned with a minimum of fuss and no mess. It looks amazing and is so easy to control… just had a fire stay in all night, the coals are still red this morning so our house is toasty!! Thanks for the quick training session I got before they left – they are knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Eaves.

Communication was great, the job was done on the date agreed to an excellent standard and with absolutely no mess.
